Q: What types of events do you serve?
A: Weddings are our specialty, but we also shake things up for corporate events, private parties, festivals, and more! If there’s a celebration, we’re in.
Q: Where are you based, and how far will you travel?
A: We’re proudly based in the Chattanooga area, but we love the open road! Travel is included up to 75 miles. Anything beyond that? We’ll quote you a travel fee based on your location.
Q: Are you licensed and insured?
A: Absolutely. We carry full liquor liability and general liability insurance and operate under a legal license—peace of mind for you and your venue.
🍸 SERVICE & CUSTOMIZATION
Q: What drink packages do you offer?
A: We offer several bar packages including beer + wine only, signature cocktails, and full-service bars with a mix of everything. We can also customize a package just for your event.
Q: Can we create our own signature drinks?
A: 100%! We love working with couples to create cocktails that match your story, theme, or favorite flavors. We’ll even name them together if you want something fun!
Q: Do you offer non-alcoholic options?
A: Yep! From mocktails to infused waters and sodas, we’ve got non-drinkers (and kids!) covered too.
Q: Do you provide the alcohol, or do we?
A: Great question—it depends on your event and your location’s regulations. In most cases, we provide a detailed shopping list and you handle the alcohol purchase. We handle everything else: mixers, garnishes, ice, glassware, and the service.

Q: What’s included in your standard bar service?
A: Our typical setup includes:
Professional bartenders
Portable bar setup(s)
Coolers, and bar tools
Cups/glassware, napkins, and straws
Mixers, juices, syrups, and garnishes
Full setup and cleanup
You can also add décor upgrades, champagne toasts, and more!
Q: How many bartenders will we need?
A: This depends on your guest count and the type of service. We typically recommend 1 bartender per 50 guests to keep lines short and drinks flowing smoothly.
Q: How far in advance should we book?
A: As early as possible—our calendar fills up quickly (especially for peak wedding months). We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance.
Q: What’s your payment and cancellation policy?
A: We require a signed contract and a retainer to secure your date. The final balance is typically due 30 days before your event. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let’s talk—we’ll always do our best to work with you.

Q: How do you handle guests who have had too much to drink?
A: Our bartenders are trained to serve responsibly. If we feel a guest has reached their limit, we’ll politely cut them off and alert the host or planner if needed. Safety first—always.
Q: Do you bring your own bar setup?
A: Yes! We have a beautiful portable bar option to match different styles and venues. We’ll help you pick the perfect bar setup during your planning consult.
